Terms of Service

By accessing or using CC Sporting Events ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by CC Sporting Events, based in Kosovo, Europe.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person may only maintain one account. A single account may hold both Participant and Organizer roles; you can switch or upgrade your role at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform, including community posts, comments, and event descriptions. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it within the Platform. You are solely responsible for content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, is spam, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Payments on the Platform apply only to paid events where a fee is set by the event organizer. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards. Payment and refund questions can be directed to support@ccsportingevents.com.

CC Sporting Events is a platform for organizing and discovering sporting events. We do not operate, supervise, or control the events listed on the Platform. Participation in sporting events carries inherent physical risks. You participate at your own risk and acknowledge that CC Sporting Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in events organized through the Platform.

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their events comply with local laws and regulations. Organizers must provide accurate event information, including location, time, and any safety requirements. Organizers are responsible for the safety and conduct of their events. Organizers must handle participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

You may not use the Platform to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users • Spam the community forums or event listings • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform without permission

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform and, where possible, via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
