Navigate to Dashboard > Billing to view available plans and upgrade your subscription. Changes take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes! A receipt is automatically emailed to you after each payment. You can also view your payment history in Dashboard > Billing.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase for subscription payments. Event boost refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time may vary depending on your payment provider.
How do I request a refund?
Submit a support request through the contact form below with your payment details and reason for the refund. Our team will review and process your request promptly.
Event Creation
How do I create an event?
Sign in as an organizer, then go to Dashboard > Create Event. Fill in the event details including name, date, location, sport type, and maximum participants.
Can I create recurring events?
Yes! When creating an event, you can set up recurrence rules to automatically create multiple event instances on a schedule.
How do I boost my event for more visibility?
Navigate to your event details and click the 'Boost' button. Choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium boost tiers to increase your event's visibility on the platform.
What happens if I need to cancel an event?
You can cancel an event from your event management page. All registered participants will be notified automatically via email and in-app notifications.

How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a one-time code to reset your password.
How do I become an organizer?
Sign up with the organizer option or contact support to upgrade your existing account. Organizers can create and manage events on the platform.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll to the 'Danger Zone' section. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I get verified as an organizer?
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings and submit a verification request with a valid government ID or business license. Our team reviews submissions within 2-3 business days.
